  I notice you have awarded a particular freelancer, though I'm not sure if you still need a 'plan' since the entry is simply the text ads. Nevertheless if the contest is still open, do let me know

     In answer to your question - no, I shouldn't imagine you'll be getting many. Competitions work by paying the person you award. You award someone a job - you pay them. You don't appear disposed to be doing that, instead you seem to be expecting the person you choose to do the work for you with no apparent guarantee of payment. The whole "Once the campaign is set up, please put them on pause. I cannot start running the campaign until I get a final approval from my partner" - appears to make actual payment conditional. That doesn't work well for anyone other than you. Given your description, you'll be lucky to get anything in. If I may suggest, you'd be far better off posting this as a project rather than a competition. From an entreants perspective, this entire deal seems rather iffy.

     Mark, that is not true. Payment is not conditional. Payment for the contest is guaranteed. I have already made the payment. I am asking for a plan. I will award based on your plan. Then that person will be able to finish everything else. I have attached a plan already finished. I just need an expert to modify it and make my plan better.

  I see that there are 2 freelancers who plan to submit. If possible can you send in your media plan for Linked-in and Google search today? Who ever can get it the plan (part 1) to me today I will end up awarding, as I am pressed for time. My partner needs the proposal/plan today!

     Have you tried inviting freelancers with the skill sets (Google Adwords, Linkedin, PPC Marketing) needed to meet your contest requirements?
     
     Visit the freelancer directory, if you haven’t already done so.

     But note that not all freelancers participate in contest posts. From your standpoint, this wasn’t such a bad idea, since you’d see individual capabilities at a glance, rather than commit to a decision based off of the feedback of someone else.
     
     Still, if you haven’t received any good entries after a while and you’re nervous about the overall outcome, then you should contact customer support (support@freelancer.com), and see if the contest team would be willing to cancel your contest post.
