Build a Simple ionic framework login and registration page.

Update: Added a new mockup UI for adding insurance cards front and back.
Please make sure you are using AngularFire for integrating Angular with Firebase.

I need a simple Mobile App. with login and registration page built on the following technology stack.
1. Ionic Framework: For the App
2. AngularJS: For navigation and integration
3. Java: This is for middle layer integration
4. Firebase: This is the backed hosted DB

Wireframes are attached.

The function is important. The color scheme is not important.
It needs to be fully functional app. This is just login and registration part.
There are tons of tutorials out there - here is a sample of some tutorials that will allow you to do this.

Hi, please check #2 . I have done this app using ionic. If you can share me your email address. I can add you to the testing group and you can preview the app in Google play store. The app i created won't work in ionic view app because I am using some cordova plugins like device id and push notifications.
