Resumen del concurso

This unit is a kayak dolly that allows a kayak to be rolled around. It will attach to the top of the kayak. The frame must be able to rotate within the connection points as this will allow the wheels to be raised and lower by an actuator. below are specifications
Made out of ½ inch steel tubing – Unit will be one piece with one one piece bent to accommodate each angle.
Connectors points: 2 – 3 inch pieces that clamp around the steel tubing to hold it in place. It will have one bolt hole in each corner. It shouldn’t be more the 2 inches wide and 3 inches long and ¼ inch thick. Is should be able to handle 300 lbs of force.
Frame should be 34 inches wide to the middle of the 90 degree bends on each side and 20 inches from the middle of the bend downward
8 inch Plunge casters will be mounted in the end of the downward legs of the unit. These will be held in place with a bolt that runs through the frame and plunge caster insert.
A 1 inch by 2 inch steel tab would a welded on the steel tubing at 90 degrees with the tubing laying flat on the ground. A ¼ inch hole should be drilled in the middle of the hole.

UPDATE: A 16 inch actuator will connect into the tab on the frame and will go to the rear of the frame and will connect to a 14 inch cross member. I need the design in solid works.
The length of the actuator is 16 inches. it goes between the frame and the stabilizing cross rail. When activated it will push the frame moving the wheels up and down.
Thanks for your interest

Brother apologize I'm interested in your project, I wanted to ask you for what purpose the structure itself is built, and where the kayak will be placed. Do you need 2D CAD drawings with the indicated measurements or a 3D photorealism of how the structure will look?

Some of the details are vague. Can you make a side view sketch as well. Maybe a picture of something similar on the market may help too.

The actuator should be horizontal to the frame not vertical. Plunge caster slide into the bottom of the frame. Not bolted from the side. The frame would need radius corners for safety purposes.
