can i shoot it with real people , and as you have said its somewhere focused around bollywood and Indian people ... will a video in Hindi language will work ?

  It has to have hindi and english language. And yes, its around the bollywood theme, and needs to be shot with real people. For example if you search heads up application on your phone, under screenshots you will see a video, thats a good example.

I don't mind going up on the price but you have to deliver a small snippet with real people enjoying the app and show me that you are capable of delivering what I am asking for. If that is the case I will award you the project and increase the price as well, but without seeing anything I am sorry I can't assign the project.

I like your work, but would want to see how you can help me with that talent and without seeing a sample I am sorry its going to be hard for me to award you.
