I need roughly 20 drawn pictures of a character sitting behind his desk with various different hand gestures , mouth movements , eye movements and body positions. Basically to be able to make a generic talk over conversation if you combine all the 20 drawn pictures into a single movement .

For a better understanding of what i mean , you can go check the channel "History Buffs" on youtube .

I would like the room to be filled with various historic items , portraits of famous historical figures and so on ( you can be creative here)

How should the character look like? He should be in his 20ies and have a medium beard , rest of the decisions are up to you to decide.

So as I understand, you want 20 different Characters with different Hand Gestures, Mouth Movements, Eye Blinking. So what will be the duration of Animation for each Character ?

All the Characters to be Male or either Male or Female ?

For Lips Sync, will you be providing the Audio file ? What shall be the duration of each Audio file ?
