I have a client request that we add a shine to the circle graphics. The shine should be the same style as the water graphic I am attaching. Should be supplied back to me in same file. MUST BE VECTOR LIKE THE WATER DROP, no photoshop effects.

So see screenshot - the effect inside red circle should be applied to the circle graphic edge
