My church needs a certificate to give to the parents after they dedicate their children back to the Lord. We like gold and purple colors to show royalty. I gave an example of the wording that needs to go on it.

It will need to have this scripture:

Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

It will need to have our logo and church information:
