I have a black-white image that I would like to restore and prepare to be framed.
Please improve the quality of the pic at the bottom (ONLY PICTURE OF THE GARDEN IS RELEVANT; IGNORE THE ONE PIC) of the article and add 'Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth visits two gardens at once in Fentiman Road on 14th July 1958.' below the restored picture.
Please apply with a note on how you could restore the picture (e.g., could you convert the pic into greyscale) and some sample work. Even better if you find the original online with better quality.
