Our book offers a step by step guide to creating and reinventing your career. We need a world class book cover. (No BS) Please consider the book cover designs on Amazon that are in our topic.
We are not looking for a photograph, but rather a compelling graphic. Paul Gibbons has two books on Amazon already.
We need something inspirational, that catches the eye- but isn't garish.
Our book promises to help people use steps to get their careers right.

GREAT question...eBook Cover Size: 1563 x 2500 pixels (that is for Kindle)... and standard 6 inches by 9 inches (sorry for the American units)... whatever that translates to in cm... the book will have both pbook and ebook versions
