This is a home based Pilates Studio. The business is called The Pilates Connection. If you don't know what Pilates is... please Google to find out :)

My clients are in general, mothers. I am a one-to-one trainer offering sessions which combine mindfulness and Pilates. For those of you that are super interested... I am an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy coach (ACT) and Level 3 Pilates Instructor.

I am looking for a logo which is elegant, modern and dynamic with soft colours. I like the look of oil paints and not watercolours. I am looking for a logo which is visually captivating...... with the letters or words 'connecting'.

The symbol of my studio is to be able to work on its own (similar to a watermark) and the text.... the word CONNECTION is important here. THE is not an important word.

The images I like include the water drop of the mindfulness symbol. The Enso symbol. Fibonacci spirals. Or other symbols which encompass a spiritual feel. Again, if you don't know what symbols I am referring too... please Google before you start designing.

I DO NOT like clip art. Images of yoga poses or Pilates poses will be rejected straight away.

UPDATE.... I have received around 30 entries and so far, only one designer has placed the importance of the word 'connection' in this brand. Connection of mind and body!!!!! Connection of the letters TPC? Connecting mindfulness with Pilates. I would love to see some ideas which embrace these concepts.

UPDATE NUMBER TWO...For anyone new to the competition or anyone who has already submitted... I have attached two images that I really like. I would really love to see if anyone can incorporate this concept into my brand. I like the colours in p.jpg and the concept of the Enso symbol... I would like to see if someone can incorporate the colours of the first image with the symbol on the second image. I also like the way the C travels through the words.

      you somehow misled everybody by giving 5 stars to totally other kind of designs - of course you wanted that(brush-enso staff) in the brief but you 5 starred something else. Anyway, good luck

      There are two designs here with 5 stars. As the contest grew, I provided an enormous amount of feedback and was trying to ascertain what I did and didn't like. I had an idea of what I wanted when posting this contest, and the most designs I saw, the more confident I became in anchoring my initial idea. I believe I was being encouraging.... not misleading. If I was misleading I apologise. There is some amazing talent out there and I wanted to see who responded well to feedback and who could create what I was after. Again... apologies if I sent people down the wrong path. That was not my intention.

    I have two top runners now. Thanks again everyone :) This has been an interesting exercise. The designer I choose will be the one I feel has interpreted my feedback the best and has incorporated everything I set out in my brief. I don't think any more entries are necessary. Awesome work to everyone who entered. There are some REALLY talented designers out there :)
