Please have a look at my old website www.hexel.net.
I want a brand new site designing, that looks a lot more modern. Please look at my competition in the Warrington, Cheshire Area. The site will focus on four areas :
IT support
Bespoke PC and Server Builds
Data Cabling.
Off Site backup : http://www.infocare.co.uk/

I want the site to have mainly a black background, my green logo, and silver for the navigation, but I am open to your ideas.

I want the site to celebrate our twenty years in Business, with our logo at the top :

Logo
Celebrating 20 Years of Legendary Service (maybe flash Intro ?)

Then 5 boxes underneath for what our clients have to say about us, which expand when clicking the clients logo, with a photo and testimonials of each client.

Then 6 or 7 boxes/pop up pages, maybe when hovered over.(need to be able to expand) with our meet our team section , for the staff.

Then our services underneath, SUPPORT, BACKUP, CABLING, CONTACT.

I would like to keep the same URL's as our original site for SEO reasons, so please work around that.

I want the site to be mobile compatible and in line with Google’s latest algorithms, so the webpages respond to adjust to screen size.
I want the site to celebrate that we are the longest running IT support Company and we are about to start our 20th year in Business, maybe a flash intro for this ?
I want a quick contact form something similar to little fish.
I want a live chat window.
I want an interactive Google map for my location, that works on the mobile site.
I want my customers to be able to log a support call which will be emailed to me.
I want a client testimonials, which we can update the content
I want you to do a two part bid, one for the creation of the main website and mobile friendly version .Then I want you to bid on the on-going monthly SEO, which must achieve position 1 in Google.co.uk for the following terms:

IT Support Warrington
IT support Cheshire
PC repairs warrington

Please send me some ideas of the design you are thinking.
I’ll consider buying a template and you can modify it, if that works better. I would consider a flash intro, but I want the site to be visible to Google

Where it's one page of HTML, so it views correctly on mobile. Probably drop the flash. Apologies not coming back to some of you on your questions, I have a marketing guy starting in a weeks time and he will develop the site with you.

There seems to be quite a bit of mention about mobile compatibility and flash intro. Where flash doest work too well on mobile or doesnt at all, so are you still trying to implement flash ?
