I own an Insurance Agency and would like to generate New Home Buyer Leads that are looking for a Mortgage to start the process.

I need a great ad that HOOKS people and has a great headline, that finds people that want to buy a home and need a mortgage, and then directs them to a lead gen form that asks questions that confirms they are looking to buy a home and need a mortgage.

I would like to generate anywhere from 70-100 Leads per month per ad to give to mortgage loan officers to convert into home buyers and thus write home insurance on them. Thats the goal.

for facebook ads there is some limitation for text overlay,, you cant use lot of words, facebook ad not accepting that if it cross 20/25% text lower and up. i'm professional for ad design, can you give me your business details. like, logo, web address, any social media page link,
