Resumen del concurso

This is a relatively quick & easy task
We have an existing simple graph on our website - (see image attached) that displays performance data for our sales team.
The data is updated weekly
There are 4 columns in the graph -
column 1 for this week
column 2 for last week
column 3 for 3 weeks ago
column 4 for 4 weeks ago

There are 10 performance questions a sales person answers each week - scoring themselves from 1 to 10 (10 points is the maximum) for each question
They input a value for each one of those 10 performance question separately.
So in other words - 10 questions - each with an answer out of 10

eg
question 1 = 7 points
question 2 = 3pnts
Q 3 = 9pnts
Q4 = 7pnts
Q5 = 2pnts
etc etc for all 10 questions

The 10 questions - answer values will be totalled for a score out of 100 - ie 60 out of 100 (10 questions with a max answer of 10 per question)
this value of 60 is then displayed on the graph in column 1

each column displaying the total value for that respective weeks 10 answers

each week the data shifts over to a new column - so after 5 weeks - the 4th weeks data has fallen away - week 3 data is now week 4 - week 2 is now week 3 - an there is a new current week in column 1

finally we want a line across the all the graphs - that is a the benchmark - this is their highest score ever it will adjust according to what ever the highest new value is.

Now we want that written in php - and this is how we want it too look -
IDENTICAL - I REPEAT IDENTICAL TO THIS EXAMPLE.
The data i gave you above will be displayed in this graph please

The graph needs to fully functional - as per data input above & as per the design - & we will test the code & require all coding on handover

FINALLY ----> We are genuine & not waisting your time - I will give feedback to every entry and if I feel you are in the direction of where we want to go I will help you get the final product right - this is not a "Guaranteed Project" for the simple reason that we have been burned with a guaranteed project before by having only crap submitted by absolute amateurs - we did not chose a winner to that contest but lost the prize money! We will not do that again, we have already paid the prize money to Freelancer.com to post this contest so the funds are available to the winner - if you are a professional - we will treat you accordingly.
We pay all our contest/project winners - go and see our profile for the completed freelancer projects/contest we have already completed.
