Hi everyone!

I'm part of a startup called Move. We sell cereal bars! Instead of focusing on the health aspects of the bar, we're focusing on the convenience and dynamism of the bar - being able to eat it anywhere and on the move, hence our name.

We have a slogan for each of our bars: 'You can eat this cereal bar in 20 seconds'. This quirky phrase is both straight-to-the-point and emphasises the unique selling point of our brand.

Your job would be to create a kick-ass graphic for our packaging. We have a rough idea of the features we'd like to be included, so all you have to do is bring them together into a professional-looking piece of packaging.

Don't worry about designing all sides of the packaging (ie ingredients, nutritional info) - just the front is needed. The following design specification for you to follow has been placed below;

- Needs to incorporate the logo
- Colours need to be interchangeable for different flavours
- Needs to clearly emphasise ‘it takes 20 seconds to eat this cereal bar’ or a phrase similar.
- Needs to include a clear-window timeline (similar to sample attached) in which the cereal bar can be seen through as well as display how long it takes to eat each piece of the bar.
- Needs to include a reference to the flavour (through the use of colour, imagery etc).
- Packaging should be rectangular at 30mm x 100mm

The samples should be submitted as an editable file (such as a .ai) so we can change colours for different ingredients as we see fit. For the contest sample please create 1 sample of packaging only for the cherry flavour of the Move Cereal Bar.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean. I will give $30 for the chosen design once it's been completed and another $10 for a full set of flavours (Logos can be sent if you wish to create similar packaging designs for grape, blueberry and orange flavour.

But until then, yes, try and increase the size, outline etc of the stopwatch and text 'it takes 20 seconds to eat this cereal bar'. This is the main unique selling point and this should be easily visible from a distance.

  Hey awesome design! Instead of using '5 seconds' etc, could '5sec' or '5s' be used instead? May make it look more minimalistic? Also could the font be changed? I think the current font is a little dull. And one last thing, would there be a possibility of adding a clear-window somewhere on the design (maybe the five-second light area at the bottom) so the user can see the cereal bar? But regardless... awesome design! I'm looking forward to seeing the next!
