Resumen del concurso

Looking for an animated gif banner to draw subscribers to my game. It's a mix of a Sim's Freeplay style mixed with a bit of Grand Theft Auto. At this moment the site design hasn't been completed yet so there isn't a theme yet for the banner. But the motto is "Your Life, Your Pace, Your Way". Message me if you need details.

*UPDATE*
looking for html5 or flash banner to have a blue city background.

Animations
1) Your life (should appear on the screen with a construction type of fade in. As if the words were being built.
2) Your Way should come in fast as demanding attention also a black sports car should come in as well.
3) Your Pace should come across the screen almost as a shadowing style for a characters entrance.
4) Character gets into the car. with the words "Your Pace" following the car.
5) character drives to next frame where Your Way is and the car should appear to be challenging the phrase to a race. Then the car takes off with the second phrase now following too.
6) car races into the frame and stops quickly in front of "Your Life" the other phrase keep flying forward completely off the frame. And the car idles in front of the remaining phrase, with a Play Now appearing in the top right of the banner.

This animation might be a bit complicated, so I am open to negotiations of the budget.
