We are seeking the design of a banner that will be the centrepiece of our landing page. Being the first thing our visitors see when they get to our site, the banner needs to be high-impact and immediately capture the visitor's attention in a very positive way. Like any other well-designed banner, it needs to:
- draw attention to itself
- clearly communicate the nature of the service
- express the business's culture and philosophy
- visually fit in with the rest of the page
- entice the visitor to explore the website further

Nature of the business - Logoreel.com is an ecommerce website who's product offering is pre-designed logos. It offers visitors a convenient, quick and easy alternative to traditional methods of getting a logo. Hundreds/thousands of high quality, unused logos already designed by professional graphic designers are offered to customers along with minor customisation services.

Hi all. Thanks for all your entries so far. It's looking good.

I'd like to remind you that our company name is LogoReel because we envisaged our collection of logos appearing on a reel of film. Like the film strips used in old motion picture players and are still used in cinemas today (I think). So maybe try to incorporate that idea into some of your design concepts.

The other idea we like is each logo as it's own Polaroid picture, hanging on some strings/lines, held up by little pegs. Imagine a darkroom where a photographer is developing these Polaroid pictures and hanging them up on the line to dry.

Just a few ideas to get your imaginations going :)
