Most important is the ORIGINAL LOGO... I can play with the words/lettering around a good ORIGINAL LOGO.

The original logo should incorporate something like a UFO disc silhouette and/or the letters UFO, hopefully with some relevence to LED grow lighting.
Solid colors (no gradients)
No serif fonts.
Colors: (possibly) red/blue/green ...but not necessary.
