I need a cartoon logo of the Ohio University Bobcat (see attached image for inspiration/example), smoking a waterpipe/bong, obviously under the influence of cannabis/marijuana.

Your art can be up to 15"x17", and must be at least 250-300 dpi. If possible, upload artwork that is color separated. Do not scale up the pixel dimensions of lo-res images using resampling in photoshop. Additionally, your artwork must be on a transparent background.

Cartoon can be drawn as about to smoke, in the middle of smoking or having just smoked. It is important that the cartoon is recognizable, resembling the attached file, adhering to the same color pallets.
