We are opening a new webshop selling haircutters, scissors, beardtrimmers and so on. We need a logo and we want the logo to contain the name Kutts in it, we need at least two colors in the logo, but in all other ways you are welcome to use your imagination.

AI format for final handover is very important since we will use this for various things but we also need JPG and others.

I work in photoshop only. Can you have psd/jpeg only.? I work on photoshop. I work using paths, and save all of them. I.e. you can re-create logo into any size you want. Its almost equal to having vector images.
