Thank you for all of the wonderful submissions that have come in so far - it is amazing to see the differences that each of you bring to the table with your experiences, and how you envision the logo. Based on seeing so many options in type, I have decided that I want to use the following for the company name:

Tech5C Support

The main domain name for the business is going to reside at www.tech5c.support, in case you want to incorporate this into your entry. Thank you for your consideration, I'm excited to select a winner within the next week or so - and get this next phase of the business underway.

I recently posted this as a job - but decided to go to the contest route instead.

I am working on bringing my business into a more professional realm, and am looking for a new logo to be created for use in web, print, and some digital advertising. Long term, I would like to work with the winning artist on future projects for me and my clients.

Company background is this... I am a complete nerd. I have been one for as long as I can remember. I have a passion for all things electronics, and have made it my business to learn as much as I can about the setup and operation of technology, and how it applies to our lives. This company does that for individuals, families, and small businesses. It is a house-call service for computer and technology issues - handling everything from new device setup to repairs and maintenance.

I am hoping to base some decisions on the direction of the company name on how the logos come out. Here are my options:

Technickel Support

Technickel

Presently, i have the domains setup for www.tech5c.com and tech5c.support.

I have several domains registered so far - in case I decide to go any of those routes above. Please help me to decide what looks best, and will visually set my brand aside from the others.

I have no preference for case, feel free to capitalize (or not) at your discretion. I prefer modern looks, and currently have a business card that looks like a machined aluminum sheet with an Apple logo in it. I am not married to any particular style, so surprise me. If you have any questions, please reach out to me here and let me know. I've attached a few images for logo concepts that I like - but am obviously open to new ideas.
