Background -
[a] This is Scorpio only astrology website. So you get the vertical.
[b] I want a Mobile first design - I have attached 4 images of mobile websites which I like and I will be comparing my site's design with those , so they should be equally good.
[c] I like modern looking, cool colors and minimalist design
[b] There are only 3 aspects of the website (thus I need you to design 3 pages) they are listed below in the order of their importance.
1] Daily Scorpio Horoscope. This will be like 3 to 4 lines sentences about daily horoscope of Scorpio Sun shine. - This should be shown on the homepage itself (like a banner?), so this is the first page (or home page) a user will see when she lands on the page
2] What is Scorpio - Info-graphics - The information on this page https://www.astrology.com/article/zodiac-signs-scorpio-sun-sign.html should be displayed in an interesting info-graphic manner, which should be easily read and understood on a mobile device.
3] "Compare your mood with Other Scorpios" - I would like you to suggest me a title with that meaning but little catchy and short and on click of that it should show 3 icons for user to click on one of them which will be a happy icon, Normal icon and sad icon. An example of icons is attached, but please note i don't want you to copy those icons, the icons you give me should match with the theme of the site and most importantly have a mouse over or selected effect (so when user selects an icon it is evident) and then show a button - "Compare". On click of compare it should show a bar chart of Happy , Normal and Sad votes.

Please note I want this design as mobile website (which should look ok on most of the mobile screens and tablets) and if viewed from desktop it should look ok and should not break (but please note i don't just want a responsive desktop site, that is why i have given the images of mobile design which I prefer / like).

Delivery -
1] It has to be fully functional HTML,CSS,Javascript code
2] the code has to be as per W3 web standards.
3] The images used should be copy-right free.

If I am impressed with the design of home page and Info graphics, then I will add BONUS to your payment!!!
