The specification for the artwork is as follows;

Front Cover

1. Company logo (logo will need to be on a white background)
2. Stock image of Liverpool (we can purchase an image if required - we quite like the one on our website but you can use any image of Liverpool)
4. The text 'Sales | Lettings | Management' at the bottom of the page
3. Solid blue background (use blue from logo)

Back Cover

1. Simple sketch/outline map showing our office location (our address is 10 Ashfield Road, Liverpool, L17 0BZ, UK)
2. The text 'We are specialists in the sale, letting and management of residential and commercial property across Liverpool. We have been active in the property market since 1965 and have gained a wealth of experience which enables us to provide expert advice to our clients.
