     Just award your actualy highrated. Nobody need a few cents knowing you are unsatisfied.You like this work and $15 is not a big deal. Maybe you will need he's services in the fututre and he will apreciate your attitude. Win-win is the best sollution. If you will award nobody, you already is dissapoinet and the rest will be dissapointed too. If you award him, you will winn your freelancer respect about your employer status and he will winn some money for his time spended on this project.

  Please don't rate my entry, is no good for you, trust me please. Search a good coder who can clear your code and put a collor or some gradiences on your background. Anyways, i apreciate your reconsider, but is not necessary. Thanks for undrstanding, and please aks some professionals about this if you don't belive me, it's for your own good

     My God, Sir, is not about the money. A few dollars are nothing between the pleasure to work Personally i pay more than $15 for a good beer and all my design works are just for pleasure cause i have another ocupation. This is just a hobby who feet my pleasure to winn something. I don't ask you to belive me what i said, just ask some good coders, cause putting images on your background right now, with your actual code, is not a good choice. Anyways , you will loose this money, so why you don't pay your highrated, or your freelancer with the most entries, with the most likes...i don't know, you can find some awarding criterias if you want cause this is the same think like you do nothing.

     Also, this can be a good start for your employer reputation here. Belive me, i did this before . just look here if you don't trust me https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Customised-guitar-79157.html . Maybe more freelancers belived that a image backgroud is not a good solution, so they don.t submit their entries. Certenly is not about the money here

     Man, keep your background clear and simple witth no silhouete, just coding and when you will have money, make your website responsive. I think is the best solution for you, but is just my oppinion, you know better what you need. Good luck!

     Any immage can fit on your website arhitecture, this is a cheep stuff with bad coding and limitated graphic possibilities. Background images will make your website upload harder than now You can be mad cause i said this to you, but this the reality my friend, Ask others if you don't belive me

  1. Please read the attached MSWord document (Project summary.doc)
  
  2. Understand what the website is about
  
  3. Visit the site (URL is provided in MSWord document) and take a look at our existing background (download it if you must)
  
  4. Note how our existing background looks on different resolutions/screen sizes: on a monitor that is 800px wide, no part of the image of the person/player on the left is visible, and on larger/widescreen monitors, the background graphic does not abruptly end but blends into site's background colour (#EEEEEE) - all of that is important to us, so please make sure your submission accommodates those requirements.
  
  5. Use attached images of cricket players for the background. You can use one image or all images, it's up to you.
