You may just copy and paste the content from this website

The slide show is not necessary but it is a plus.

the design should be different than the example given above.

I would need the designer to use at least 10 stock photos of models varying in ages and ethnicity.

Wordpress theme.

This design should not be that involved..

This website is more of an information tool, aside from the form.
