I need a website designed. The website will serve as a freelance writing website.

OVERALL CONSIDERATIONS
* each page must have its mobile/responsive displays option. VERY IMPORTANT
* overall, the design should be minimalist and flat with simple typography and bright color palettes
* If you use web fonts in your design, provide links to it.
do not feel limited by the above

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAGE 1
* Here is where the client is guided to describe their order using a wizard . (checkout customdissertation.com there's one there that has everything I need on page one, just try to make a better one.
* There should be a progress bar showing the client their progress in the buying process (experiment with different locations, top bottom etc)
Basically, client lands on site, uses wizard to make order, sees a listing of writers, assigns order to one and deposits money in site account.

PROFILE LISTING PAGE
profile display page that should show descriptive information, ratings, an assign button, completion rate (a percentage)

PROFILE PAGE writer profile showing notifications, bio balance
SIGN UP PAGE
ADMIN PAGE
ORDER PAGE also with progress bar.
A TEMPLATE PAGE WITH TEMPLATE DIVS for any pages that might be needed. Like contact or about us page

HINT: template page can be used for many pages, just change the layout/type of content for each page.

  The order page is where both client and writer interact. It has the order details, a chat box, and a file transfer box/div/interface. Admin page has : members, orders, support and payments tab. And a little login button
