I am looking for someone to design an attractive website for our upcoming social media Mobile App.

I want the design to be fresh and modern looking, while at the same time being easy to navigate and fast to load.

I do not post "Sealed" Contests, the way I look at it is I have a certain budget to pay for this and I much rather the $30 go to you the designer.

** Updates **
Currently my big price on Freelancer is $350, if someone comes up with an AMAZING (and I do mean AMAZING) design, delivers me full PSD (with source files, font, etc), and a full HTML/css/js based site I will bring this bid up to $1,500. This is for an AMAZING site. I will be honest so far everything that has been submitted so far wouldn't even qualify for a $350 price.

  Yes I am sorry about that, the screen shots of the app are pre-design being finalized and I apologize. The colors that will be final are the colors in the logo itself (tan/orange). Any other colors you see in the screenshots at the moment are just from the programmers.

I read the contest brief. What if I design a amazing mockup but it will static design. I am a design not a front-end developer. I can design a very nice design but you will have to hire someone to code it.
