Hello,

I would like to create a website mockup using the following three websites as inspiration:

1) http://www.jackiedumaine.com/
2) http://www.beautifulyoubyjulie.com/
3) http://christinehassler.com/

I would like to use the attached items in some form:

a) My photo
b) My logo image ("Heart Lantern") -- I have attached a few versions for your inspiration. Feel free to change it.

I would like my the name and email sign-up fields for my "Shameless Heart Museletter" to be displayed prominently, and I would like to use the following slogan:

"Counseling and communication coaching to help families, couples, and individuals live and speak their truth with heart"

I am open to whether the words "Shameless Heart Coaching" and my slogan appear on the photo and logo image, or elsewhere on the homepage.
