Design and make 10x unique game-style achievement images/badges for web use

We are building a platform that focused on Gamification.

We need a Graphic Designer to come up with and create 10x unique 'badge' designs that signify a visual representation of an achievement that the user must complete to get that badge added to their profile.

Ideally these will be cartoon-ish in 'feel' similar to Duolingo badges.

The industry in which these badges will be displayed is Recruitment, so ideally the badges would be related to Sales, Meetings, Filling jobs etc

As an example, I have uploaded what Duolingo (a popular gamified language teaching website) do in this space - see "DuolingoAchievements.png".

As you can see in the example uploaded image, there are 10x Achievement Badges, each with 3x stars on them (4 versions of one badge overall so that the badge can be used a total of 4 times).

I wish for 6x versions of each PNG Badge to be supplied with the following unique variations of each badge design:
- 0 Stars
- 1 Star
- 2 Stars
- 3 Stars
- 4 Stars
- 5 Stars (maybe with some sort of extra highlighting around the entire badge if all 5 stars are filled out and with the 5th star maybe being bigger and in the centre?? - Up to you as the designer to impress me)

Attached is also an example of what could be a suitable layout for the stars themselves (notice the stars get bigger depending on the number of stars obtained) - See "Overwatch Profile Badges.png".

This is not be saying that I want this layout - but this is an example of what I mean when it comes to "maybe the final version/having the "5th level" of an achievement means the 5th star is bigger somehow"

There will be 5x versions for each achievement to match the 0-5 star for each badge.

The exact list and scale of the achievements which we will be displaying for now are below:

1 - 1 Role Filled, 2 Roles filled in 30 days or less, 3 Roles filled in 45 days or less, 4 Roles filled in 60 days or less, 5 Roles filled in 60 days or less.

2 - 1 New role picked up, 3 New roles picked up in 30 days or less, 53 New roles picked up in 45 days or less, 73 New roles picked up in 60 days or less, 103 New roles picked up in 60 days or less.

3 - Hit your month's revenue target, Hit 20% over your month's revenue target, Hit 50% over your month's revenue target, Hit 75% over your month's revenue target, Hit 100% over your month's revenue target

4 - Book 1 Client meeting, Book 2 Client Meetings within 7 Days or less, Book 4 Client Meetings within 14 days or less, Book 6 Client Meetings within 30 days or less, Book 10 Client Meetings within 45 days or less.

5 - Get 1x LinkedIn Recommendation from a client, Get 2x LinkedIn Recommendations from 2x diff Clients, Get 4x LinkedIn Recommendations from 4x diff Clients, Get 6x LinkedIn Recommendations from 6x diff Clients, Get 10x LinkedIn Recommendations from 10x diff Clients

6 - Place at least 2x candidates with the same client, Place at least 4x candidates with the same client, Place at least 6x candidates with the same client, Place at least 8x candidates with the same client, Place at least 10x candidates with the same client

7 - Sign Terms & Conditions with 5x Clients at 15% or more, Sign Terms & Conditions with 10x Clients at 15%, Sign Terms & Conditions with 4x Clients at 17.5%, Sign Terms & Conditions with 8x Clients at 17.5%, Sign Terms & Conditions with 3x Clients at 20%.

8 - Get 10 likes on a LinkedIn Post, Get 50 likes on a LinkedIn Post, Get 100 likes on a LinkedIn Post, Get 250 likes on a LinkedIn Post, Get 500 likes on a LinkedIn Post.

9 - Negotiate rebate terms of 45 days or less, Negotiate rebate terms of 30 days or less, Negotiate rebate terms of 30 days or less with 3 clients, Negotiate rebate terms of 30 days or less with 5 clients, Negotiate rebate terms of 30 days or less with 10 clients

10 - Cross sell into a different team, Cross sell into a different team 3 times, Cross sell into a different team 5 times, Cross sell into a different team 10 times, Cross sell into a different team 15 times

For everyone's clarity - you should not be outright copying the examples, and I would want the icons in the middle of the badge to ideally reflect the achievements that I listed to some degree.

Hi, I'm sorry, I am a bit confused about the briefing... how many individual badges do you need? Like for example 1x 1 star or 6x 1 star?

  Sorry, its 10x badges, but each badge (use the Duolingo example as reference) has the ability to have between 0 and 5 stars on the badge icon itself.
  
  Therefore in theory you are designing 50x "versions" but really its a case of only 10x unique designs with the other 40 versions just "there is two stars on the badge" or "three stars on the badge" etc.
