I am looking for a design for my new eBook cover. The book is about how I established my brand to become a high profile account on Google plus without spending any money on SEO or social media.

The book title is called 'Plussing my first Million!' I want the cover to be fun and inviting with the focus point using the Google Plus logo.

It was rejected, but could I possibly have some feedback on #9 please? Where it was going wrong? Also, am a little confused about some of the remaining entries as my understanding is that the correct dimensions of an eBook design should be in the region of 1400 x 2100?

Its more than the brand, its about the process I took to build the brand online without any money for SEO/SMO. Its ranked number 3 in Australia. I want the cover to project the objective of how to effectively setup a great brand using Google plus. My brand is a proof of the results so to say. Hope this helps.
