Background
Value Chain Enterprise Uganda (VACE-Uganda) is a market development and smallholder commercialization company, supporting modern agricultural production techniques, market access and value chains development through strategic partnerships with business service providers for access of inputs, transport services as well as credit facilities for improved productivity. We aim at creating enterprising solutions that trigger innovations within the smallholder farming communities in Uganda.

VISION:
To have commercialized smallholder communities with increased incomes for improved, stabilized & sustainable livelihoods in Uganda.

MISSION
To better rural farmers’ income by increasing availability of better seeds, facilitating skills development and improving access to financial and technical resources, thus improving the value chain for better livelihoods.

OUR GOALS
1. To support farmers with the skills, knowledge and technologies needed to produce best quality agricultural products
Linking FARMERS to markets for information, finance, inputs, equipment and sale of produce among others.
2. To support farmers into organized for collective handling
3. To increase the shelf life of agricultural produce through value addition
4. To provide sustainable profitable markets to the rural farmers
5. Introduction of savings, rural credit, investments and financial inclusion for individuals and groups.
5. To improve the overall livelihoods of farming communities through sustainable approaches
