We are looking for someone to design our homepage for a golf course real estate site. It does not need to be coded, just designed. We are going for a black or white background and it needs to look SEXY! Please read the description in full!
Please look at the attached files for information
1) Design layout - this attachment will give you an idea of what the page should look like in general
2) above the fold example 1 and 2 - gives an idea of what we are looking for above the fold (full screen without scrolling). Header needed
*try using homepage main attachment as the image for above the fold main image
3) Z pattern example - below the fold we want a two-tiered z pattern
4) Featured listing attachment - we want this below the z pattern and it to look somewhat like the attached
Finally, finish it off with a footer.
