I am looking for professional templates (in Word format) for my key business documents. Please see www.migliori.co.uk to find out what we do, and for the fonts / colour schemes.

I am looking for the following, these need to incorporate logo, header / footer, index page (that auto updates) and version control.

User Guide - Technical document with screen shots to assist clients setting up their pcs / phones to connect to our service
Process Guide - Technical document with screen shots to assit staff on setting up the service in a consistent manner
Quote - Sales document which is quite small, and contains high level details about what the client is asking for a quote on (and the quote itself)
Tender Response - Sales document, but much more detailed and contains a lot more information.

I've also attached a sample document, i'd like to use this as a basis to work from and improve on. Please note colour scheme and fonts from migliori.co.uk are the ones that should be used NOT the ones in this document.
