I have received several designs, however none of them is really vintage.

"Vintage" means "back to the fifties".

I need a full design of the Home page. See the PDF file for all details.

Hi. In your design brief you request Adobe Illustrator file AND Photoshop file. Usually a designer creates the artwork in either one or the other, but not in both. Please, could you specify which software you expect to be the original mother file.
