We require new stationary & business card designs as a result of some recent changes to our licensing, and wanted to take the opportunity to also update the styling of our current stationary & gain a more modern look. As a part of this project we will need the following designed:
1. Business Cards;
2. Presentation Folders;
3. “From the Desk of” cards;
4. External document letterhead;

Attachments
1. A6 Postcard template
2. Business card template
3. Final2_large - Primarius Financial Solutions Logo
4. Presentation folder template
5. Mock up business card idea

FURTHER EXPLANATIONS OF DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Business Cards
a. Please use the template named “2-Business_Card”
b. The business card is to be double sided, so you will need to use this template to make a .psd for both the front & back of the business card
c. You can use the attachment “5-primarius_businesscard_front-1” for inspiration, this is a quick idea that we put together – the card does not have to be like this, this is just an idea
d. Information which must be included on the card:
i. Staff member name
ii. Qualifications (such as - AFA, MAICD, DipFP)
iii. Position
iv. Email address
v. Phone number
vi. Our office address
vii. Authorised representative 999999 (can be smaller than the other text)
e. We will need the final psd files
2. Presentation Folders
a. Please use the template named “4-Presentation_Folder”
b. If you would like to incorporate a picture, then we are open to this idea & can provide some stock images
c. We will need the final psd file
3. “From the Desk of” Cards
a. Please use the template “1-A6_Postcard”
b. Design is again open to interpretation; however it needs to have a good space on one side with the words “From the Desk of Matthew Oliver”
c. This design will also need a front and back created
d. We will need the final psd files
4. External Document Letterhead
a. Please make a header and footer image to fit an A4 page
b. These images should work well with each other
c. Please refer to the attachment “20150827-PFS-Letterhead” to see what our current letterhead looks like, and what information needs to be included
d. We are looking for a more modern/stylish design which fits with the rest of our materials
e. We will need both the psd files for the final images, and a word document with the letterhead images already set in place

UPDATE:
Hi All, sorry to add more on after the competition has already started, but we need to get everything completed at the same time.
We will also need a cover page type template which can be used as the cover for any documents we give out to clients.
Generally the cover page needs to have information such as the title - which may be "STATEMENT OF ADVICE" our address and licensing, just like the business cards, etc.
