Resumen del concurso

I'm working on a project to teach medical doctors about the anatomy and angles of the wall between the left and the right atria in the heart - called the interatrial septum. I have a model image that I would like to have modified and drawn so we create a new original image.
Details:
- The anatomical lines (drawn in blue) may rather be drawn in an anatomical color, e.g. light brown/beige.
- It is of utmost importance that the dashed lines (="cut planes") be depicted/drawn in the right angles (as in the model image provided).
- The text/letters will have to be slightly modified (see clockwise in the image):
- The capital "D" in upper left corner: omit
- "Bicaval": spell with capital letters followed by a degree number = "BICAVAL 110°". Keep "SUP (SVC)" unchanged
- "Short axis": instead write = "SAX 45-60°" . Keep "ANT (Ao)" unchanged.
- Write "LOW 0°" . Change text "(AV Valve plane)" -> "(mitral/tricuspid plane)"
- Keep "INF (IVC)"
- Change "POST (PV)" into "POST (pulmonary vein)"
- "4ch'" should be changed into: "4CH" and under the dashed line "HIGH (pulmonary vein)"
