I’m looking for an Email Designer with experience in Klaviyo and Figma to support a growing retention agency working with eCommerce brands.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for designing and building 5–15 email campaigns per week across multiple brands.

Scope of work:
• Design emails using existing Figma templates (clean, mobile-first layouts)
• Build, export and format emails to Klaviyo
• Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency across emails

Requirements:
• Experience with email design for multiple ecommerce clinets that are doing $50k/mo+
• Strong Figma skills (must be able to work with templates)
• Good design sense (simple, modern, conversion-focused)
• Fast execution and attention to detail, proactivness
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Compensation: $15/email and $20 for the contest winner.

Task:

Create a mobile-first Welcome Email #1 design for a 4WD / car tech eCommerce brand.

I’ve included an example email in the Drive folder for reference, but I’m looking for something better: cleaner layout, stronger visual hierarchy, more premium design, and better conversion flow.

Use the provided assets and brief to design an email that welcomes new subscribers, highlights the welcome discount code WELCOME-1YZ for 5% off, shows an old factory screen vs. upgraded head unit comparison, includes USP icons, 2 customer reviews, and 2–3 starter product cards.

You can create/edit images however you want to show your design and AI skills. Preferred AI image tool is Nano Banana, but you can use any tool as long as the final result looks polished and realistic.

Output required:

1. Figma link so I can review how you organize the file, sections, spacing, layers, and components
2. Exported preview of the full email design as PNG/JPG/PDF
3. Mobile preview export
4. Short note on whether you can also build this in Klaviyo
