The page that needs optimization is http://ispmails.com/ebi-home/4/ , and it's HTML files are attached.
What needs to be done is as below, plus any other enhancements would be a plus.
**Duration is only 2 hours to deliver from time this contest is posted.

- make the twitter at the top get from the feed and show latest tweets changing
http://tweet.seaofclouds.com/ (last one #11)
- the feed would be of https://twitter.com/EBItweets

- The Facebook box at the bottom to get from the feed of:
https://www.facebook.com/EgyptianBankingInstitute
but to be with the same design

- decrease the transparency of the mega menu to be clear.

- For the background image and the text above it:
a) need a better background effect
b) the second image in the background should be reversed and same for the test and text should be changed, as in this PSD:

c) make also effect for the text above the images as it changes.

- enhance the coins effect if possible.
