Details: I would like data captured in an excel spreadsheet from specific store flyers.

These are the stores:
Nob Hill
Whole Foods
Trader Joes

These are the instructions:

Whole Foods
1. Open an Excel spreadsheet and save it as ‘WholeFoods’.
2. Add the following Top Row names to the excel spreadsheet (see example in Step 9):
Sale Start Date:
Sale End Date:
Zip Code for flyer:
Name of Store:
3. Below the row names, add the following column names (see example in Step 9):
Manufacturer Name
Product Name
Size
Deal (If available)
Sales Price (if available)
4. Open attachment for Whole Foods San Ramon Flyer.pdf and Record information on Excel spreadsheet
5. See example in Data Entry Gig - Whole Foods.pdf attachment.

Nob Hill
1. Please note, you must complete the following steps within the same US
Business day because store flyers will change.
2. Open an Excel spreadsheet and save it as ‘NobHill’.
3. Add the following Top Row names to the excel spreadsheet (see example in
Step 9):
Sale Start Date: Sale End Date: Zip Code for flyer: Name of Store:
4. Below the row names, add the following column names (see example in Step 9):
Manufacturer Name Product Name
Size
Deal (If available)
Sales Price (if available)
5. Open attachment for Nob Hill Rally Ad 1.pdf , Nob Hill Rally Ad 2.pdf, Nob Hill Rally Ad 3.pdf and Record information on Excel spreadsheet

Trader Joes
1. Please note, you must complete the following steps within the same US Business day because store flyers will change.
2. Open an Excel spreadsheet and save it as ‘TraderJoes’.
3. Add the following Top Row names to the excel spreadsheet (see example in Step 9):
Sale Start Date:
Sale End Date:
Zip Code for flyer:
Name of Store:
4. Below the row names, add the following column names (see example in Step 9):
Manufacturer Name
Product Name
Size
Deal (If available)
Sales Price (if available)
5. Go to website: www.TraderJoes.com
6. Click the Store Locator Link at the very bottom of the webpage.
7. In the Zip Code OR City and State field, enter 94550 then click the Search button.
8. Click Fearless Flyer Menu and select Current Flyer
9. Click Bakery to expand sub-menu and click first Item
10. Add information to spreadsheet
11. Click all items of Bakery and other menus (ex. Beverages, Cheese, etc) all the way through the end of Wine and Beer
12. See example of how data should look in Data Entry Gig - Trader Joes.pdf.
