  Hello, we are getting to the end of this contest. We have taken in information from all participants and have a final image in mind for this week. We will like to see final edits on the design to pick the winner. We would like the following: Integrated seating along the windows, small front desk with lit logo on the front desk counter, light colored ceiling, We'd like (1) integrated smart board behind the main counter and(1) on the wall where the windows are to be removed. The large office window should be removed and the designers can choose to use remaining wall space as they see fit.

  Hello Everyone, I am happy to chat about the project. We don't want to change or remove any walls just a way to do up space with a more modern touch. I can send additional info as necessary. We'd like to keep the floors open without too much furniture. All furniture can be against the walls, sometimes there are difficult canines than come in that may need to be placed behind a barrier so avoid seeing another canine. I will work with the winning designer to then physically look at the space come up with the budget and timeline to get the work done. What can I do to assist with the visuals?

     Hi Inna, we have our Royal blue color which is about the only thing we care about. This sounds crazy but we are not looking for too modern, nor too rustic just a combination of both. I do want to eliminate the from desk counter and shrink it and simplify. Additionally, I like the idea of removing the large office window looking into the lobby and removing the two office windows from the front suites. We can use that wall space for art, or wall features..

  Of course it is very difficult to design without the direct contact thru "chat". What is offered in a presentation in Freelancer is to show the creative and design ability of the person and to proceed with that person to make the design work.for you and not for he or she ( the designer)...Otherwise everything is a guess.
