I need a Graphic designer for a packing list and weather report

I run a company called Take Me Anywhere Travels where we send clients on mystery trips. The client doesn't know where they're going until 24 hours before departure.
However a week prior to departure they get a document containing a recommended packing list and a weather report of their location (without revealing where they're going).

This packing list and weather report is what I want to renew. I would like a completely different outline from what we currently have (basically starting from scratch).

It will be a one page document containing both the weather report and the packing list. I want this to be a template so that I can re edit this document for every new customer.
Attached is some examples on the type of design I like and would like for the document. Fun, clean, open space and with similar colors to the company (yellow).

The packing list is more of a hint than anything, as the client doesn't know their location. It will just tell them about the type of clothes they need for that climate (i.e. shorts and swimming trunk for beach, or beanies and gloves for snow).

Having said that, adding a map is not necessarily a bad idea. That can be changed later to edit out any names that could reveal the location while still work as a nice little hint.

Travel and weather report text document has been removed. I showed to be more of a distraction from the other examples i want the report to look like.

what i would prefer instead would be 3 points. A basic welcome/whats in this document - 2 a weather report - 3 a packing list.
Where you believe the text fits the best just put in "lorem ipsum etc."

Have those three points flowing. Add in the company logo that you'll find in the example uploads. Any pictures you use needs to be free to be used privately and commercially.

The text document I uploaded is what we currently have. Disregard the outline. It's only there so you know what text the document should include.
