I need suggestion for visual workflow set up on the fly

We will need to have a great-looking basick workflows set up to display how Marketing Automation sequences including physical phone calls, e-mail send-outs and e-mail notifications, sms and web-banner remarketing could look like over time.

An example could be: Start even (call or fill out web-form), then an e-mail directly, showing remarketing banners over 3 months time, and then update e-mails after 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and update phone calls after 12 months e.g. but changeable.

If you can propose a really good looking design using open source PHP and/or Javascript functionality to allow drag&drop of new workflow items, then we'll pick you, and we will most likely have a $400 work to implement the design in our own environment (we generally use PHP).

Ok, so so far I don't know graphviz, but maybe worth taking a look at. I need to have the software that we can run (likely server-side where we're using PHP), or if it can be controlled via xml or something and executed locally on client side via javascript?

Why dont you use graphviz and then style it ? It's unclear if you're looking for a flowchart, or a software capable of that kanban style.
