Hi we are a firm of Accountants in Scotland UK. We have some generated traffic to our website through Organic and Paid for Google ads. I am not interested in SEO.

What I want is someone to make some comments on how to improve the conversion rate on the website.

A conversion is a contact form fill in or a phone call (currently cant really track phone calls).
