A logo is needed for newly-formed and independent game studio Red Thread Games. RTG is team that has created the award-winning adventure games The Longest Journey and Dreamfall: The Longest Journey and is currently working on Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey.

The Red Thread Games logo has gone through a couple of internal attempts (see attached), but nothing seems to capture the essence and direction we want to go. So we are turning to you, Freelancers!

We're looking for a logo that reflects the Scandinavian / Norwegian heritage and tone: clean lines, natural, simple, elegant. Reds, Whites, Blacks. Something that reflects our tone as a company, without being corporate: Casual, Friendly, Approachable.

We're hoping to see several different designs and interpretations of the logo.

This logo will be used (and needs to look great) on the website, on business cards, game boxes, and merchandise. It will need to work in both positive and negative.

So here's your chance to put your mark on something that will be seen by thousands of people - just think of all that good karma!

Final logo will need to be in provided in PSD and Vector

Hello you awesome designers! I've had a discussion with our Creative Director and he's helped clarify the design theme. I've also updated the brief to include this:

"We're looking for a logo that reflects the Scandinavian / Norwegian heritage and tone: clean lines, natural, simple, elegant. Reds, Whites, Blacks. Something that reflects our tone as a company, without being corporate: Casual, Friendly, Approachable."

Greetings Contest-Holder, I just wanted to clarify, should the font be Bold, Professional like the ones in your example? or are we given the freedom to experiment?
