There's a concentration of distribution warehouses in Indiana for all of the leading US companies... FedEx, Amazon, and 20 - 30 more. This is THE HUB for distribution in the US.

Our client is planning on opening up their own distribution warehouse in the area and wants to disrupt the whole warehouse worker experience. They are planning on holding workshops to invite current warehouse workers and to solicit their opinion on what makes a great place to work.

Imagine that... an employer who wants to hear from their employees (in this case, potential employees) even before opening their distribution center!

We need to design a flier that basically says... "There's a new company coming to your area, and we want to hear your opinion!" It needs to be 8.5 inches by 11 inches (standard US piece of paper) so that it can be posted at coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Our client is also envisioning purchasing billboard time... but that's a future revision.

Attached is our team's attempt at building a flier. The details are technically right but uninspiring. I would like your help in building something that is a true call to action.

- Focused at Distribution Center Workers
- Highlights that our client is conducting focus groups to solicit their opinions about the ideal employer and their ideal job
- The client will provide lunch / dinner, $25 gift card, and raffle prizes
