Hi,
This company name is SPLHT.
This company is launching cab service along with luggage transport. This luggage transport is the main feature of this service. I am adding the steps for better understanding.

Step 1 : the user coming off from an airport or from an cruise ship with a lots of luggage.

Step 2 : He checks that he is early and his check in time in the hotel is after few. Hours ( like 3/4 hr)

Step 3 : He books SPLHT service , Enter his location, hotel name, check in time and luggage numbers, Takes a photo and pice gets calculated.

Step 4: After completion of the system the ride comes and take his luggages. The user can track the ride

Step 5 : The user goes to park or a mall and enjoy .

Step 6 : The user book a ride (maybe from any ride or SPLHT) for his hotel and reach the destination and found that his luggage is already there.

also, check the attachments that I provided him and he rejected all of them, so, need a more creative and eye catchy one.
