Design and Illustrate an office building exterior tenant identity sign
This sign will replace the existing sign shown in attached photos.
Sign will have 3 tenants for on 1 building sign (19 East-see photos)
Each tenant will be listed on a removable panel
Each tenant’s letter style and logo will be used but the color used will be the same for all three tenants
Attached are 3 company names and logo for presentation purposes
Each tenant will be apportioned the same square area for the identity
Overall sign size should not exceed 32 square feet.
Design sign to compliment the building, and express a modern design as well.
Sign should also incorporate the building address, which can simply read as: 19 EAST
Files should be sent editable in Adobe Illustrator
All rights transfer with the contest award.
Design will be judged 65% for presentation, 35% on the sign design.

Thank you all for your design submissions. There were several good works offered. I choose Iddisurz's design 9 for the following reasons: Was very quick to make a submission (design 1) and then followed up with another idea. That to me showed interest, time commitment and effort. The photo shop work was good, could not see the original sign, and perspective was good. Several angle views/perspectives were offered including a plan view. Good highlights and shadows. Clean lines, good proportions with message to background. Followed instructions 95%. (Only miss was that we asked for single color on the tenant names which was done in 1st design). David....I have presented my creative design of how the sign board should come up in entry No 6 with all image details. Its under 32 sft area and clearly shown how to add the replaceable Tenant Names Panels. I shall eagerly wait to hear from you on this.

  Sorry, Just saw this question. We mainly will use aluminum but we are flexible and I like the idea of clear acrylic. Size, we should keep under 32 square feet. Height under 10 ft. Again, presentation of details is more important than the actual details for the contest win.

  I was hoping the pictures would be worth a thousand words. Keep in mind, the contest is as much about the presentation as it is about the sign itself. My hope is that the contest winner will do other work directly with me. The contest is a good way to see style and skills.
