Simple Ionic Framework App.

Overview: I have a small restaurant. We cook our food fresh and hence need the same day delivery of ingredients from our vendors. Obviously, the timing and the delivery of the ingredients and planning around the same is very important.
All our delivery truck drivers have Smart Phones (iPhone or Android Phones). I am looking for an iPhone app that will update my restaurant about the arrival of the ingredients.
So, as soon as the truck driver starts with the ingredient (e.g. Fresh Poultry) he starts the app. The app updates his coordinates onto a website. There are many different delivery trucks delivering different goods. The website is a central point where their update gets updates.
I am looking for the first part of the project to be done as a part of this project/assignment.
Create and Ionic app that will update the location of the Driver on a MySQL DB Table.

Question related to timing - I just registered to this website. I see contest closure is next 34 hours, does that mean app to be ready and delivered to you for review in ~33 hours or for entering the contest we have this much time?

Do you have some REST api to update the MYSQL DB? To my knowledge MYSQL DB cannot be updated directly from angularjs like Firebase.

  Yes - You can use custom coordinates for the Restaurant. In the actual app we will want to hard-code the address of the restaurnt.

  They will use the app i request them since they do not want to be blamed for the confusion that occurs when the ingredients do not arrive on time. I know they will use it. That is not a concern at all.
