I have two UI screens that need to be designed. I have a basic sketch prepared (below) for each screen, but I need someone with better design abilities to make it more attractive.

1) Initial Screen (1.png)
- Our logo at the top
- Text bullets
- Button at bottom of the screen
- Should have a more attractive background image than the solid light blue. Maybe something that integrates with our logo, your choice you are the designer.

1) Main Menu Screen (2.png)
- Our logo at the top
- Place for text to show user's name and department (as in sample graphic)
- Stylised buttons

I am a good freelancer employer with a great track record. I DO NOT #Guarnatee, or #Seal, etc. My "guarantee" is if you do great work I will select you. Also, anyone that submits "clipart" saying "I will make something" will be banned. Please only submit actual submissions. :)
