Updated I’ve attached the existing plans and specifications for a single-slope, 3-bedroom / 2-bath home and now need the plumbing info and incorporate changes adding closets and moving doors create new 2D set shows only a rough schematic I want a clean drawing that clearly defines the entire pipe layout—supply and waste this drawing is mostly for slab and wall layout lines, vent stacks, risers bathrooms layout came be changed. hot water tank, washer & dryer need to go in mechanical room. Make drawing black & white except red hot water, and green cold water and sewer lines green

Deliverables
• Updated 2D plan sheet with complete pipe layout labelled
• Separate 3D model showing walls no plumbing what I'm really needing to capture is how stairs will work going up the the mezzanine(loft) area on the high side of the home so just interior
• PDF set ready for printing, plus source files (DWG + native/BIM format)

Acceptance criteria
The updated layout must align with existing structural grids and meet standard residential plumbing codes (IPC or UPC—let me know which you’ll follow). All pipe runs should clear structural members.

Turnaround: a first draft 48 hours after project start, final revisions within a week. Let me know your preferred software and any clarifications you need, and we can get started straight away.

can you please look over the pdf edited file because there are somethings that dosnt look good like the bath having 2 doors from the living area and from the bedroom and also it has another door to the 2nd bedroom and also if we change the garage from 18 to 20ft then you cant have 2 front doors and also if i gave it 2 doors then what about the garage door? if possible can you please tell me what are those three things in the washroom and the other two living area doors what does it say so please reply fast so i can start working on those too
