Modern design for townhouse
Hello, I hope you find yourself very well. My proposal is a modern design, very clean and I wanted to highlight the contrast. The distribution is as follows: Ground floor (parking for 2 cars and reception closet), Floor 1 (living room, dining room and kitchen), Floor 2 (2 rooms with shared bathroom, service area), Floor 3 (master bedroom with dressing room ) room and private bathroom), Floor 4 (barbecue area, an area to prepare food and utensils, terrace, garden and whirlpool). The materials used in the facade are (brick, marble and exposed concrete). For the terrace, use hexagonal tiles, wood and concrete. The windows are made of translucent glass and for the handrails they use a translucent aquamarine glass. I hope you like it, any detail let me know. Regards
